The Jane Eliza Development project aims to deliver a high quality destinational mixed-use marina precinct, with both commercial and recreational uses.

The precinct will support Renmark’s position as one of the major houseboat destinations in South Australia and further strengthen the lifestyle appeal of Renmark and the broader Riverland region. It is designed to accommodate approximately 100 houseboats and 30 small recreational craft moorings.

The marina design is expected to include a range of facilities that house and support key boating services such as:

• Boat repair and maintenance services
• River-based tourism operators
• Boat, vessel and watercraft sales
• Commercial offices and facilities for houseboat operators
• Complementary boating industry support services/amenity
• Provision of utilities, fuel supplies and wastewater disposal
• Boat, vessel and watercraft storage
• Hardstand
• Drydock/slipway
