In a significant leap towards enhanced community engagement, Renmark Paringa Council have launched a new digital engagement platform titled ‘Engage RPC’.

The new digital engagement platform launches on Wednesday 27 March and aims to encourage the community to actively participate in and provide their feedback on Council projects, services, and initiatives to help shape the future of Renmark Paringa.

To mark the launch of Engage RPC, Council will be running an Easter Photo Competition where the community are invited to capture the essence of Easter. The competition invites the community to participate by visiting Engage RPC and uploading a copy of their photo to the site. From there the community are invited to vote on their favourite photo with a Voters’ choice prize and a Mayor’s choice prize awarded in each of the two categories.

Competition Details:

Categories – Youth and 18+

Submission Period – Wednesday 27 March until Thursday 4 April

Voting Period – Friday 5 April to Friday 12 April 2024

Prize - $100 gift voucher, Easter basket and certificate signed by the Mayor

Mayor Peter Hunter said:

“We are incredibly excited to launch our new digital engagement platform, Engage RPC which will allow the community to participate in interactive and engaging ways that are quick and easy to navigate.”

“Whilst we will always need a mix of traditional and digital engagement methods, implementing a digital engagement platform will take us to the next level in engagement and allow us to reach many areas of our community.”
