Renmark Cemetery welcomes niche wall

Renmark Paringa Council is set to enhance the facilities at Renmark Cemetery with the installation of a new double-sided wall niche.

Scheduled for Thursday 15 April, this addition will provide 140 new spaces designed to accommodate a full container of cremated remains, offering a respectful and secure option for families wishing to memorialise loved ones.

In addition to the new niche wall, the project includes the installation of a privacy screen for the existing amenity block, improving the overall aesthetics and privacy of the cemetery.

This development is an important upgrade, catering to the growing need for more options for cremation memorials in the region.

While the installation is underway, there may be minor disruptions to traffic around the cemetery area.
