Government Road Upgrade – Stage 4 Commencement

The Renmark Paringa Council is about to commence the final stage of the Government Road upgrade.

The Renmark Paringa Council is about to commence the final stage of the Government Road upgrade. The construction works are being completed by Scherer Contractors.

Recognizing Government Road as a strategic freight route, the final stage will be reconstructed consistent with previous stages as a 10 metre wide road pavement consisting of 3.5 metre wide sealed traffic lanes, 1 metre wide sealed shoulders and 0.5 metre wide unsealed shoulders.

Stage 4 is scheduled to commence in early May from Nuske Road to Ral Ral Avenue.

Further advice by letterbox drop will be provided by the contractor as works commence near properties within the work area or check out our Facebook and Website pages for regular project updates.
