Outdoor Dining
Any business that intends to incorporate outdoor dining (restaurant, café, etc.) on land under Council’s care & control must obtain approval.
Council has developed Outdoor Dining Policy – Guidelines & Procedures which details the scope and criteria for Outdoor Dining in the Renmark Paringa area.
An application form (below) must me submitted to Council accompanied by a site plan of the proposed area, Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance & photographs/pictures of any proposed furniture/structures.
The permit is granted for a maximum period of 5 years.
Any requests for renewal or transfer of a permit will be considered by Council, and shall require a new application to be submitted.
In some cases outdoor dining areas and associated structures may require Development Approval.
Other requirements regarding the service of alcohol may also apply.
