Meeting Schedule
The Renmark Paringa Council holds its Ordinary Council Meetings every fourth Tuesday of the month, with the exception being in December when the date is changed to coincide with office closure over the festive season. The meeting schedule for Ordinary Council in 2024 is:

Meetings begin from 7.00pm onwards and are held in the Renmark Paringa Community & Civic Centre. Should circumstances necessitate a change to meeting dates or times public notices are issued in the Murray Pioneer. Should members of the public wish for an item to be included in the Agenda, Council asks that any correspondence be forwarded to our offices no later than 5pm on the Monday of the week prior to the fourth Tuesday of the month.

Minutes of all Committee Meetings are available to view in the Ordinary Council Agenda of the following month.
Note: The Audit and Risk Committee meetings are held 4 times per year, dates determined by the Director Corporate & Community Services.
Asset Committee, Policy Review Committee and Grants, Sponsorship and Awards Committee meetings are held on a needs basis and are determined by the individual Committees.
