Excerpt of Elected Members Interests
The Local Government Act 1999 requires all Elected Members to complete a declaration on an annual basis containing details of their interests. Under the Local Government (Accountability and Governance) Amendment Bill 2015, the requirement for Council to publish an excerpt of the Elected Member Register of Interests came into effect 31 March 2016.
