Renmark Rovers Football Club New Lease

The Renmark Rovers Football Club is seeking a new grounds lease at their existing site for a period of ten (10) years with a ten (10) year right of renewal. The leased area includes the Renmark Rovers Football clubrooms, adjoining grassed area and carpark which are situated at the Renmark Sporting Complex adjacent to Number 1 Oval. The leased area is comprised in CT 5840/316, CT5840/319 and CT 5840/362.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999 and the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995.

In accordance with Council’s Public Consultation Policy, interested persons are invited to make submissions about the proposed lease by no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 21 October 2020:-

Renmark Rowing Club New Lease

The Renmark Rowing Club is seeking a new grounds lease at their existing site for a period of ten (10) years with a ten (10) year right of renewal. The leased area includes the Renmark Rowing Club clubrooms and a right to use the boat ramp and base of the rotunda. The leased area is situated in the James Avenue riverfront reserve and is comprised in CT 5755/882.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999 and the Crown Land Management Act 2009.

In accordance with Council’s Public Consultation Policy, interested persons are invited to make submissions about the proposed lease by no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 21 October 2020:-
